Name: Skid Systems Integrator
Description: The skid systems integrator comprises of chemical tank, pump & motor, valve & mechanical equipment, electrical, instrumentation & control, piping and skid structure.
Details:
This system mainly used for injecting production chemical into process pipeline/equipment, to maintain production quality and to reduce corrosion problems on offshore platforms and onshore plants. The skid designs can be single or multiple Chemical Injection Skid (CIS). BC able to provide control system for the CIS such as PLC system, Fielbus Integrated Panel (FIP), Low Voltage Distribution Board (LVDB) for electric motor and pneumatic change over system. Besides the CIS, we are also specialise in fabricating pump systems i.e. Transfer Pump Skid, Diesel Transfer Pump, Open Drain Caisson Pump, Crude Condensate Transfer Pump and more. In addition, BC also assembles the Injection Rate Control Device (IRCD) which can be mounted permanently at skid or portable type.
