Description: DrillTronics is a drilling control system that reacts to the formations penetrated and to the dynamically changing conditions in the well.
Details: DrillTronics™ is a Drilling Automation system that uses Real-Time transient modeling results to actively control the draw-work, top-drive and mud pumps to account for the dynamic behavior of the well during drilling operations. It is also used to automate tasks such as pump startup, friction tests, reciprocation tests and to provide safeguarding from over-pull, max-torque, and set-down weight.
