Project Manager (Process Engineering & Process Controls)  Location: Kenai, AlaskaDuration: 9 MonthsPay Rate: Competitive  SUMMARY Project Manager (PM) will update the refinery as built existing documentation to accurate reflects what is in the filled with respect to the following. In the cases where existing drawings are nonexistent then new drawings will need to be developed. Work is to proceed with searching the existing databases, project job books, file room (in I&E) to develop an existing master document register of what exists and from that list develop an all?encompassing MDR. It is believed that there are approximately 1,600 drawings. PM will be located at site and will cad up the drawings accordingly working with the safety system and process control engineers. Once drawings are completed, the drawings will be sent to DCC for uploading into the electronic refinery database. Strong preference for local candidates. Project will be for estimated 9-Months. Estimated start date is on or before July 17, 2017.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPM will complete the following duties as assigned by the Tesoro representativeMust be able to use AutoCADC&E (approved via testing)Panel drawings with locationsPatch panel drawingsFiber architecture drawings with switchesRelay ladder diagramCabinet drawingsMarshaling panel drawingsTermination drawings (instrument, PLC, etc.)Cabinet layout, location drawingsPLC cabinet drawingsOthers as assigned  EXPERIENCEMust have 15 to 20 years' experience in Instrumentation Design in the field and/or in the engineering office with the design of control, safety and PLC systems; understand the different components in the panels, cabinets and etc.Must understand and have experience for the design, implementation, specification, documentation of all SafetyInstrumented Functions in the refinery and/or oil and gas.Must be able to read and understand Relay ladder logic to be able to execute as builds on relay logic.Must be able to understand all the different hardware components of PLC, DCS, logic solversMust be able to be a self?starter and be able to work closely in a team with engineers.  COMPETENCIES Strong analytical and problem solving skillsHighly effective organization skillsExcellent verbal/written communication skillsInnovative, decisive, and self-motivatedAble to work with minimal supervision
