Maintenance Coordinator
Our client, a reputable offshore services organisation, is URGENTLY looking to appoint a Maintenance Coordinator.
It is essential that the chosen candidate has advanced Excel skills, is good with systems, very organised and flexible.
This position will be offered initially as a temporary 2 month contract but has the potential to become permanent.
Hours will be 20-25 hours per week but the candidate must be flexible as additional hours may be required.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
. Maintain Plant & Preventative Maintenance Register
. Liaise with contractors and Operations
. Coordinate and Record Emergency Testing
. Maintenance of vendor documentation
. Issue permits to work
Essential Skills:
. Excel -intermediate level
. Excellent Organisational skills
. Excellent Communication skills
. Able to prioritise
. Sharepoint - preferably
