This position will be working as part of a multi-discipline team, and the successful candidate should be prepared to assist with a variety of tasks to a level consistent with knowledge and training and be capable of learning and advancing to the position of the CRO.Key Job Responsibilities

Safe and efficient operation of Plant and associated Systems, including high frequency PMR work, documentation reporting and Log Keeping duties.  The range of systems is extensive and includes but is not limited to the following:Oil Production Xmas Trees, Subsurface Safety Valves and Controls, Hydraulic Control Panels, Production Manifolds Test and Production Separators, Heat Exchangers, Produced Water Degassers and Hydrocyclone Packages, Booster and MOL Pumps and Prover Loops, Chemical Injection Packages, Pig Launchers, Main Oil Line SSV’s.Gas Compression Reciprocal, screw & centrifugal Compressors, Scrubber Vessels, Heat Exchangers.Water Injection Seawater Lift Pumps, Coarse and Filter Packages, Heat Exchangers, Vacuum Deaeration Towers, Vacuum Pumps, Booster and Water Injection Pumps, Chemical Injection Packages,.Support Systems Gas Turbines, Emergency Diesel Generators, Emergency Firewater Pumps, Air Compressors, Hypochlorite Generator Package, utility systems and Laboratory Analysis. Carryout the duties of “Nominated Area Operator” incorporating key Permit To work requirements. Develop & implement system or equipment isolation schemes, Monitors and maintain good Housekeeping conditions within Area of Responsibility as detailed in the Company Safety Practices and Procedures Manual. Supports system depressurisation and venting pre activity and pressure or leak testing before start-up. Take a proactive approach to eliminate or reduce potential environmental impacts. Safe and efficient operation of a wide range of discrete packages and equipment including high frequency PMR work, light mechanical repairs, documentation reporting and Log Keeping duties. 1st line maintenance, repair, inspection, fault finding on miscellaneous equipment throughout the Platform Topsides. Proactive member of the Offshore Production Team, providing assistance to Operations Team Leader and platform Leadership Team in order to meet team goals and objectives as defined in the Business Plan. Participates in activity planning and execution e.g. shutdown co-ordination / preparation. Ensure any modifications, however minor, are dealt with using the Management of Change (MOC) process. Diagnostic and Remedial Work/Operations in the event of Plant upsets in Equipment using relevant P&ID’s, Vendor Manuals and other Data to assist with corrective action. Regularly makes use of Production, Operating and Start-up Manuals (POSM) for relevant systems. Reviews content, ensures accuracy, highlights discrepancies and ensures Management of Change (MOC) procedures are followed where changes are required. Maintains accurate and comprehensive records including, but not limited to: event logs, maintenance records, override logs, chemical records, lub oil inventory. Complies with all relevant  Health, Safety and Environmental requirements Carry out Emergency duties within Installation Emergency Response Team which could require individual to wear BA. Actively participates in Constituency Safety Meetings, Group Meetings, Risk Assessments, Tool Box Talks etc. Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Candidates should have previous Petrochemical experience, demonstrate process operation and control aptitude and have the ability to compile Technical Reports with associated Drawings as required, pertaining to Plant/Systems Operations.
