 Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:Field compliance with the rules-of-material-transfer and plant operating procedure:

Operates plant equipment to achieve incident-free operations including automatic tank gauging system, alarms and meters Performs valve, pipe/tank line-up, hose connection, ensures correct flow by walking the line; operates in accordance with operating parameters such as flowrate, pressure, discharge volume within normal fill level Performs troubleshooting to achieve uninterrupted operations Works on shift and during overtime hours as required.  Monitors equipment performance and suggests improvements to improve efficiency Incident-free field implementation of Lube Oil Blending Plant operating activities as assigned Blending of Lubricant Finished Product:

Prepares lubricant blends in accordance with the Blending Order. Performs blending in accordance with blending operating procedure Fluent in the blending operation of the DCS system: premix tank, DDU, automated pigging system, blending kettle and tank farm operations Operation the blending manifold or drum decanting operations as assigned to achieve on-spec quality product and spill avoidance Performs raw material and product sampling to be provided to the Lab for QA testing Minimizes the possibility of cross contamination by performing flushing of tanks and pipes Leads and trains a team of contract operators to achieve Filling of Lubricant Finished Product:

Performs the filling of Blended Finished Product in accordance with filling operating procedure for Drums, ISOtanks/tanktrucks, IBCs and Barge Fluent in the filling operation of the DCS system: automated piggable manifold, hi-speed drum filling line and IBC filling line Complies with requirements to ensure that only on-spec product is filled and in accordance with spill prevention guidelines Performs (filling) product sampling for submission to the Lab for QA testing and approval prior release Timely and accurate recording of filling quantities Leads and trains a team of contract operators to achieve Vessel loading and receiving:

Performs vessel loading/receiving in accordance with operating procedure to achieve incident-free operations Ensures pipe/tank line up, monitoring of tank levels, flow path assurance by walking the line, flowrate and pressure monitoring Coordinates with BO Logistics and Transport and Operation Administrative duties:

Performs physical inventory check of additives, packaging material and baseoil including tank gauging Receives incoming raw material with the aim of ensuring accuracy of the quantity received Accurately records activities in the Blending Report, Oil Transfer Report, Filling Report, Tanker Report, Tank Gauging Report etc. Operational Excellence:

Proficiency in Chevron safe-work-practices including manual material handling, gas detection, hazardous energy isolation, work at height and hot work Function as a permit-to-work issuer and area owner.  Obtain OPSOC certification Process owner of selected OE process as assigned Function as an observer or observee in the Loss Prevention Observation context, performs 5-why root cause analysis to derive solutions Leads investigations and solution implementation as assigned Role model operational discipline on the rules-of-material-transfer, safe work practices and bulk filling operations Performs Hazard identification/mitigation and safeguard verification as a part of day to day operations.  Invoke stop-work-authority and role model the Loss Prevention Self Assessment fundamental.  Coach contract workers accordingly Responsible for compliance assurance task implementation as assigned Implements action items as assigned on a timely basis and effectively Participates as team member of Penjuru Terminal CERT (company emergency response team) Participate in Singapore Plant’s B2B and Kaizen activities with the aim of continuous improvement and internalization of Chevron OE concepts Required Qualifications:

Minimum ITE qualification in any discipline Experience in SAP is an advantage Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong Health, Safety and Environment Culture Strong communication skills, leadership skills, and the ability to work overtime as required Strong problem-solving skills High attention to details Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.International Considerations: Selected candidate will work in Singapore under the local payroll system and benefits.
