Brief Posting Description  

     The Senior Oracle Functional Analyst is an Oracle specialist focusing on specific modules within the Oracle E-Business Suite of programs. They will provide technical expertise and problem solving abilities to support the use of EAM for asset tracking, management, and maintenance processes. The Senior Oracle Functional Analyst will periodically travel to the rig construction yard or field locations to gather or validate information or conduct EAM related training with field personnel. This role will work under the direction of the Systems Manager.      Detailed Description  

Prepare reports, schedules, presentations, procedures, and process documents Conduct regular audits of maintenance/asset management processes within Oracle Provide guidance and support the users in their efforts to become proficient in the use of the application Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the applications Work with the Oracle Technical team to correct issues in the functioning of the applications Provides assistance with the implementation of processes in relation to fixed assets. Assists with the development of written processes and procedures for identifying, tracking, transferring, reporting, and disposing of assets and materials Participate in projects and initiatives as a project resource as needed Compiles Planned Inventory reports as well as other asset reports and records Utilizes record keeping and reporting process to identify existing assets without identification tagging numbers. track and reports on progress of asset labeling and tagging assets   Job Requirements  

 Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as Oracle or SAP for asset tracking, management, and maintenance processes. Experience in creating and processing work orders, and using systems to track data Proficient computer skills to include MS Office Suite and other business related systems Able to read and analyze equipment-related documents, printouts, reports, and other written communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English in both one-on-one and group settings with employees, management and third parties Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, prioritizing tasks with many distractions, and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet challenging deadlines Ability to conduct and coordinate physical inventories Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding work related information and materials Able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and crawl occasionally during visits to field and operational work areas Accurately recall information over short and long-term memory Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent 2 years working experience in Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or other Oracle Applications (will also consider experience using other ERP systems for asset management and maintenance processes.) Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Demonstrated skill with Oracle Enterprise Asset Management in R12.x environment Familiarity with ERP process and information flows Advanced computer skills to include expert level knowledge of MS Excel Possess basic knowledge of drilling rig equipment and drilling contractor operations support functions and processes Previous EAM Advisor / EAM Technician experience Experience developing and executing test plans for  ERP system changes and improvements Experience developing and using KPIs & metrics to improve business outcomes and business processes
