Business Development Manager - ROV Subsea

~~IKM Subsea UK, an internationally recognised operator of Subsea ROV services is seeking an ROV Business Development Manager to support their increasing European, and Global business demands. Key objectives; Working closely with the Managing Director to implement a sales strategy within targeted territories and emerging markets. Deliver Value Propositions to both existing and new client, proposing right solutions. Identify current and future customer project requirements by establishing personal rapport with customers and other persons in position to understand the requirements. Participate in technical conferences and exhibitions inside (and possibly outside territory) when required. Provides updates of sales opportunities with timely sales reports including monthly/quarterly forecast. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Ideally you will have proven new business skills development, with a solid sales track record, and a commercial background within both the ROV Oil and Gas, and Renewables subsea industry network. You should be able to demonstrate strong industry insight, with excellent communications and interpersonal abilities, being able to thrive under pressure with good organizational ability, in a fast paced environment.
