CAM FIELD SPECIALIST II

We are looking for a skilled detail-oriented Field Service Technician, to test, install, and commission, our Cameron custody transfer product lines onshore and offshore worldwide. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a challenging environment and have a proactive approach to problem identification and resolutions.

Tasks and Responsibilities: Carries out visits our client sites in Permian basin and occasionally visit clients across united states, for the purposes of installation,commissioning, servicing and maintenance of Cameron product lines in accordance with Company procedures and work instructions. Conducts all work activities in accordance with legal legislation and working conditions applicable to the site where the work is conducted ensuring that all work conducted does not compromise personnel or equipment safety. Performs field tests of equipment and systems. Evaluate test results to determine if equipment and systems are operating properly. Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries of service work,products and handle customer complaints. Prepares and issues a detailed report identifying all work conducted and recording hours worked for all sitework undertaken.Supports the manufacturing department with general labor, assembly, and test as required while in house. Ensures all documentation related to the work performed is on file for future access in accordance with standard procedures. Prepares all necessary service documentation for processing service orders in a timely manner. Responsible for the safekeeping and maintenance of the Companies Test and Maintenance equipment.Minimum Qualifications:AS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent degree or Military electronics training Three (3+) years' instrumentation technician experience with measurement end devices. Proficiency in digital and analog circuit troubleshooting to the component level Must have strong attention to detail Must be able to gain unescorted access to and petrochemical facilities (including offshore) Proficiency in PC Applications,including MS Office Suites; Working remotely; Problem solving.
