Job SummaryAnadarko is seeking to hire a Gas Plant Operator located in South West Wyoming for the Patrick Draw Plant.  QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications:Two+ years' experience in gas processing facilities is strongly preferredThe successful applicant will be required to live in Rock Springs or Green River, Wyoming. ?Working knowledge of the gas processing facilitiesComputer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook preferredAbility to work effectively in a team-focused environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills

ResponsibilitiesOperation of a PSM gas processing facility including Cryogenic, Propane Refrigeration plants as wells Gas Dehydration, Amine Sweetening, and Fractionation facilitiesAble to work rotating 12 hour shiftsAdhere to and enforce all applicable company, state, and federal safety and environmental regulationsExecute startup, shut down and operating procedures for compressors, furnaces, distillation towers, expanders, electric motors, fans, pumps, instrumentation, valves and alarmsAnalyze flow streams using a gas chromatograph and make necessary process adjustments to maintain product specificationsPerform minor maintenance of compressors, engines, pumps, controls, piping and valvesGenerate daily production reports including liquid production, downtime and gas volumesTest product samples and make adjustments to preserve product quality and proper specificationsCoordinate and oversee the transfer of liquid products into trucks, railcar, and/or pipelinesPrepare maintenance orders and notify maintenance personnel of problem areasComplete assigned reports and logsWork outside in variable environmental conditions around heavy equipment

EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent required Certifications/LicensesValid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required RelocationThis position may be eligible for domestic relocation Travel Requirements Pool vehicles are supplied for travel to the plants which are approx. 45 miles for Rock Springs.
