Occupational Health Nurse

Our client is currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Nurse on a permanent basis in Aberdeen.Primarily based in Aberdeen, the client requires an Occupational Health Nurse with a track record in delivering the highest level of occupational health services to our clients. The following qualifications/certification/experience is essential: Eligible to work, or resident, in the UKNMC Registered Nurse (Adult)Ability to work away from home to meet business requirementsAdditional skills preferred but not essential: Occupational Health Degree/Diploma.Travel Health.Main duties for the role include (please note this is not an exhaustive list, the full job description can be requested from HR);Previous Occupational Health experience preferable.Ensure patient confidentiality at all times.Performance of routine and specialist medicals.Managing Health Surveillance Programmes.Sickness Absence Management:Health Promotion.Travel Health Clinics.Ensure clinical Occupational Health practices undertaken are in accordance with the clients policies and procedures.Promote the business interests through a professional delivery of service and an awareness of new initiatives.Ensure that line managers are promptly informed of any evolving risks or issues in relation to service deliveryHighlight any personal training requirements to line management.Ensure that thorough clinical case notes are maintained for each patient seen in accordance with local policy.
