Occupational Health Nurse

Our client is currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Nurse on a permanent basis in Inverness,The client require a registered nurse to work within the Inverness clinic. The role also involves regular travel from the Inverness Clinic to various sites around the Highlands and Islands.The travel will involve being away from home at times for periods of up to a week or longer, depending on location and volume of work. Client site work may include a variety of appointments, such as health surveillance, management referrals and seasonal flu clinics.Qualifications and Skills Essential for the Role:NMC Registered Nurse. Occupational Health degree /diploma - preferred but not essential.Occupational Health experience - preferred but not essential.Travel Health competent - preferred but not essential.HAVS - preferred but not essential.Computer literacy.Client focus.Team work.Communication.Analysis and problem solving.Car driver.Ability to work away from home.The key deliverables will include the following: Pre-placement medicals.Health Surveillance.Fork Lift truck medicals.Working at Height medicals.Travel Health.Management Referrals.Any other reasonable tasks to fulfill client and business requirements.
