Graduate Corrosion Engineer

Overview: Corrpro Companies Europe Limited, a world leader in corrosion control and mitigation has a vacancy for a Graduate Corrosion Engineer to work in the Cathodic Protection and Corrosion Monitoring industry. Working with a group of Engineers and Technologists, you would plan and perform complex cathodic protection engineering duties in support of assigned projects - duties related to testing, evaluation and installation of cathodic protection systems designed to inhibit corrosion on various structures. Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule and monitor project activities, being a part of a team working on a variety of engineering and administrative tasks. Involved in field and office based engineering aspects of design and installation processes Prepare, review and edit engineering and maintenance reports; consult field staff regarding revisions in analysis or modifications of system designs. Supervise and / or perform test operations required to determine condition of soil, water, underground or submerged structures. Diret the preparation of field drawings and assist in developing complete Cathodic Protection system designs. Assist in cost estimation and detailed proposal development. Participate in post installation surveys and prepare final client reports.

Qualifications:

Qualified to minimum HND or degree level with bias toward Electrical Engineering Excellent communication skills Computor literate Knowledge of AutoCAD Full clean driving license Willingness for overseas travel will be required Comfortable dealing directly with clients .
