(Oil & Gas Drilling and Workover Operations)
We are looking for qualified and experienced HSE professionals with an ability to apply safety, health, fire and life safety standards and regulations, perform procedural safety management tasks and to communicate instructions, techniques and recommendations to others. Principal accountabilities include the management, coordination and implementation of company's HSE policies and practices, the motivation and development/lead the development of staff, and the delivery of effective induction, training and development programs. Depending on the assignement, the work will also involve implementing and monitoring adherence of company HSE policies among contractors. Candidate should have sound knowledge and understanding of safety engineering philosophy and programmatic requirements. Should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey information and ideas in a clear and unambiguous manner.
Qualification Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas HSE Discipline
For HSE Engineer position:
Graduate or Post Graduate Qualification in the HSE Field OR Engineering Degree (any discipline) + Accredited HSE Qualifications
For HSE Supervisor position
HSE Related qualifications/Accreditations
Resident position with Single or Family status available.
