ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer

Are you an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer looking for an opportunity to join a technically focused employer on a permanent staff basis. This staff role will support the integration of ServiceNow into our clients global operations and could be based at a number of locations in the UK. There could also be the opportunity for remote working with on-site periods on a scheduled basis. The role will be working in a small team with a real opportunity to lead and deliver impactful projects to our clients business. Key Skills/Knowledge:Detailed Design & "Hands On" experience of ServiceNow across configurations, integrations and release management.Design and implementation experience in OSS Fault/Event Management & ITSM through ServiceNowServiceNow Certified - Admin or Implementation Experience:Expert with ServiceNow configuration, integration and release management.Strong programming experience and ServiceNow scripting/application development knowledge with exposure to Agile Development Methodologies.Understanding of authentication, permission, users, groups and roles management.Integration with 3rd party services. Table access, ACL permissions, REST API.Layout templatingBusiness rules, workflows and triggers.OrchestrationConfiguring and maintaining Service PortalsCMDB design and maintenanceExposure to NMS Systems (Solarwinds/Dataminer) Desirable
