Issues with complaint resolution system

Sui Northern Gas Pipeline official complaint registration and resolution system has had numerous issues in the past. Customers have reported interruptions in gas service, low-pressure and faulty gas meter readings. In such instances, the company has shown a poor track-record in resolving such complaints, sometimes taking days, even months to resolve relatively straightforward issues.

Being the only natural gas provider and government owned, the company enjoys a monopoly in Pakistan. Due to lack of competition, the company has disregarded some of the basic requirements of its customers.
