Towngas China Company Limited (Chinese:港華燃氣有限公司) (SEHK: 1083), formerly Panva Gas Holdings Limited (Chinese:百江燃氣有限公司), is a leading market player in LPG and natural gas businesses in China. It involves in sales and distribution of LPG and piped gas, pipeline construction and user connection.[1][2]

In 2006, Hong Kong and China Gas acquired 45% of shares of Panva Gas and became the largest shareholder of Panva Gas.[3][4] In 2007, the company was renamed, becoming Towngas China Company Limited.[5]
